The Download menu for a published video includes several options:

  • Download Video File: Downloads video
  • Thumbnail: Downloads the video's thumbnail image. Note: The Thumbnail file will open. Right click to save the image file.
  • Transcript: Downloads a readable text transcript of what is said in the video, without timestamps.
  • Captions (SRT): Downloads a time-coded subtitle file that can be uploaded to platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, or another video editor.

How to download raw responses to your Vocal Video collectors

Click Responses on the left side tab, then find the specific speaker. Then, click on their responses and scroll down to download each individual clip.

Note: You cannot download published videos or raw responses without a paid subscription. If you anticipate a large volume of videos, you can always set up an integration to automatically send your published videos or responses to a Google Folder, Dropbox etc.
