How to download a spreadsheet containing respondent information

If you've received a lot of responses, you might want to organize all that info into a spreadsheet. Read on to find out how to export respondent data from Vocal Video.

First, access the Collector Editor and view the Latest Responses. Then, click Download CSV on the top right. 

And viola! All your respondent info is organized by name, email, and any other information that you've gathered. 

This spreadsheet is useful for sending out thank you notes and incentive fulfillment. 

Users with Pro and Enterprise subscriptions have found this export handy to determine which respondents have agreed to their custom release.
