Your account has been temporarily locked due to excessive login attempts
What to do now:
Please contact us by clicking “Contact Support” in the error screen or emailing us at support@vocalvideo.com and our team will unlock your account. Our office hours are 7:30am - 5:30pm Pacific Time.
How to prevent this:
Stay signed into Vocal Video
Stay signed into your Vocal Video account. Just like all your favorite websites, no need to log in and out each time you use the platform.
Let us know if you need to be logged in on multiple computers
If you work from multiple devices, please let us know in your message to support and we can adjust your account.
Add colleagues as users vs sharing accounts
Your account comes with free Reviewers. You can add them here instead of sharing a username and password. Learn more about managing users here.
Change shared alias to an individual email address

You’re already logged in on another device
Logins are limited to one device at a time.
What to do now:
On the error message screen, click on the “Click here” to log out your other devices and access your account.
How to prevent this:
