White-Labeled Video Collection

With a free or Essential plan, all Video Collectors have a small Vocal Video logo on their intro screen and in the bottom corner. Also, after your respondents are finished answering all the questions, they will see a box explaining what Vocal Video is on the thank-you page.

However, with a Pro, Scale, or Enterprise plan, there is no Vocal Video branding present -- the Vocal Video logo and the “Powered by Vocal Video” callout are removed.

With these plans, you can also include a custom call-to-action message and link on your collectors' thank-you pages to direct folks anywhere you’d like after they record their videos.

In summary…

• With a free or Essential plan, you’ll see a small Vocal Video logo and the white “Powered by Vocal Video” box at the end of every Collector.
• With Pro, Scale, and Enterprise, you have a completely white-labeled video collection and publication experience, including a custom Call-to-Action after respondents finish their recordings. 

Host collectors on your own domain (Scale & Enterprise)

On Scale and Enterprise plans, you can take white-labeling all the way and host your video collectors on your own custom domain, so respondents record at a web address that's entirely yours. You'll find this under Settings → Custom Domain in your account; our team will help you configure the DNS.
