How to respond to Video Collectors on desktop and mobile

Responding on your computer:

Step 1:

Click the link in your email or text invitation. This will take you straight to the page where you can record your response. Video collectors are limited to five questions, and you will be able to record all your responses in five minutes or less! When you are ready, click on "Let's Go".

Step 2:

On this page you can see what the first question will be. And you can decide if you want to record a video response, or an audio response.

Step 3:

Record your video or audio response. Don't worry if it is not perfect, because you can review and re-record if you want.

Step 4:

Once you are happy with your recording, hit "Save" and your response will automatically upload. 

Repeat Steps 2 through 4 until all the questions in the Collector have been answered.

Step 5:

The last step is the Attribution Page where you will be asked for your name and email address. You might also be asked for your job title and/or company name. This is where you agree to the video release, as well. Click "Done."

Step 6:

That's it! You have now completed your first Vocal Video testimonial!
