How to Share a Video in an Email

There are two ways to share your videos in an email. Both start by going to your Video page (clicking Videos in the left side bar).

💡Only published videos can be shared via email.

You can sort your Videos page to show only published videos by clicking on the “Published” button at the top of the page.

From the Videos page you can click on the share icon at the bottom of the video you want to share or click the share icon in the upper right corner.

From the pop up you can type in an email address and send a link to the video. If you elect to send the video this way, the email will come from Vocal Video.

You can also click on “Copy Thumbnail” at the top of the pop up and copy the linked thumbnail to paste into an email. If you elect to send the video this way, the email will come from your email address.
